We were asked to develop a meaningful introduction to Bruegger’s by creating an experience that not only encouraged brand engagement, but also built relationships that led to continued revisits.
After years of humble bagel making, Bruegger’s was ready to celebrate their time-honored traditions—and we thought everyone should know.
We created a fully responsive site focused on engaging users by pairing fresh ingredients with illustrative designs and video vignettes showcasing how far they’ve come and who they’ll always be.
To take it a step further, we created an innovative experience that rewarded users for engaging with video content by providing coupons related to the videos once they’d finished watching.
The coupons were also made available across all devices, which increased brand engagement and developed new brand relationships.
And, to keep users coming back for more, we released new video vignettes and coupons in waves over the course of the campaign.
The website launched content that resonated with users and allowed them to connect with the brand in a new way––while also increasing in-store conversion through coupon rewards.
